At Imovis Magazine, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your LegFix™, please review the following return guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received. In these cases, we will cover the shipping expenses.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange your LegFix™ for a different size or due to a defect, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on clearance or sale.
- Digital products, such as e-books or downloadable content.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
